Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our accounting team. This role will be
responsible for preparing journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and ensuring
accurate reporting. The candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles,
strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

About the role:
- Cash and balance sheet reconciliations; cash applications
- Treasury operations around procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes
- Period-end closings and associated workpapers and analyses
- Continuously improve revenue processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Key player in annual audit of financial statements and tax return filings
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
- Continuous improvement and automation of key accounting processes
- Ad hoc projects as requested.
- Can tell stories with the data, presenting a clear picture for management
- Is driven to stream-line processes to make tasks simpler
- Communication skills inclusive of follow up on outstanding issues
- Confidentiality and compliance-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, CPA a plus
- Knowledge of GAAP, Financial principles and reporting Extensive knowledge of US GAAP
- Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office products
- Strong technical skill set including experience with enterprise ERP systems
- Strong analytical abilities
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational capabilities

Within the range, individual pay can be determined by additional factors including, but not
limited to, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
